The PRYSM workspaceBuilt on Claude

Your store and your marketing, in one workspace

Software for small online sellers, built on Claude. It puts every store's prices, stock, promotions, payouts and costs in one view, and runs the marketing: websites, content and revisions from plain-language requests. We are building Claude price and promotion proposals for the owner to approve.

What it does

  1. Every store in one view

Prices, stock, promotions, payouts, fees and product cost across all of a seller's stores, with the same product compared store by store. Shopee comes first.

  2. Price and promotion proposalsBeing built

Claude reads the store's own sales, costs and comparable market offers and proposes one action per product: keep it, change the price or run a promotion, with the expected payout and its reasons. The owner approves or rejects; rejecting changes nothing.

  3. Websites and content

Claude builds a full website from the business's own photos and public facts, a second Claude pass checks every fact against its source, and Claude writes the outreach copy.

  4. Changes in plain words

Say what to change. Claude makes the change, checks the pages again at five screen widths, and keeps the 20 most recent versions one click away.

Inside the workspace

A change in plain words

On the marketing side: ask for a change, and Claude makes it, checks it and reports back while the preview updates.

One revision in the workspace: the request on the left, Claude's progress and report under it, and the preview changing on the right. The request: put the Instagram and Facebook links on their own line above the address, and make the address line slightly smaller. Claude's progress: Reading the current site and its notes; Editing the footer in site/index.html and site/site.css; Checking the pages at five screen widths; Fact check: the footer facts match the brief. The result: the links sit on their own line above the address, the address line is one step smaller, and every page passed at all five widths.

How a price change will work

  1. The workspace gathers the product's prices, cost, stock, recent sales, promotions and comparable offers.
  2. Claude proposes one action, keep, reprice or promote, with the expected payout, its reasons and what is still uncertain.
  3. The owner approves or rejects it. Rejecting changes nothing, and the money checks are fixed rules, not AI.
  4. An approved change is applied exactly as approved and read back, and the results are compared after a set period.

Built on Claude

The workspace runs on Claude, Anthropic's AI models. On the marketing side, every website build, fact check and revision is a Claude run, and the conversation shows what it is doing and what it changed. On the store side, we are building Claude as the investigator behind each price and promotion proposal; fixed rules will check the money, quantities and dates before anything reaches the owner.

Questions

Which AI does it use?
Claude, by Anthropic. Website builds, fact checks and revisions run on Claude today, and the pricing and promotion proposals are being built on Claude.
Will it change my prices on its own?
No. The store view only reads data today, and the price and promotion proposals being built will need the owner's approval; rejecting one will change nothing.
Which marketplaces does it work with?
Shopee first. The store view reads each store's prices, stock, promotions and payouts, alongside product costs from the seller's inventory system.
Does anything go public on its own?
No. Websites and changes stay private until a person presses Publish.
Who is it for?
Small online sellers and business owners who want to run their store and their marketing in one place, without hiring an agency.
How do I find out more?
Email us and we will walk you through it.
